🛠 What You'll Do

Prospect Explorer: Identify and research potential customers across multiple industries.
Engagement Enthusiast: Reach out to prospects through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods to spark interest in VirtualPBX solutions.
Needs Assessor: Understand customer pain points and match their needs with our product offerings.
Pipeline Supporter: Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition in the sales process.
Team Collaborator: Partner with sales and marketing teams to implement outreach strategies and campaigns.
CRM Learner: Track and document all interactions in our CRM (Pipedrive) to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
Sales Learner: Build your skills and understanding of the sales cycle, with training and mentorship to help you grow.
Brand Representative: Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, creating a positive impression of VirtualPBX.

🎓 What You Bring to the Table

A strong desire to build a career in sales and a passion for helping customers solve problems.
Excellent communication skills – you’re confident speaking with people and building rapport quickly.
Self-motivation and the ability to stay organized and productive in a remote environment.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and improve.
Basic familiarity with sales tools (e.g., CRM systems like Pipedrive) is a plus but not required.
