🚀 Join Our Team as a Product Specialist for SecureTeam
At VirtualPBX, we deliver innovative solutions that empower secure collaboration and communication for businesses. We’re currently looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Product Specialist to lead the successful implementation and adoption of our SecureTeam product. This full-time, 100% remote role is open to applicants across the USA and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team at the forefront of secure collaboration technology.
🛠What You’ll Do
- Implementation Champion: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SecureTeam for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and configurations tailored to meet specific security and collaboration needs.
- Client Success Partner: Provide expert guidance and act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Onboarding Expert: Deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, and materials to client teams, driving high adoption rates and platform success within organizations.
- Technical Specialist: Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of SecureTeam, from platform features to compliance standards such as GDPR and HIPAA.
- Customer Advocate: Monitor client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and providing insights for product enhancements based on client feedback.
- Collaborative Innovator: Work closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional client experience.
🎓 What You Bring to the Table
Technical Expertise:
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in product implementation, customer success, or technical support roles.
- • Strong understanding of secure collaboration tools, data security principles, and compliance standards like GDPR and HIPAA.
- • Proven ability to integrate software platforms with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong relationship-building abilities to establish trust with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
