At VirtualPBX, we deliver voice, text messaging, and call center products that help businesses up their game. We’re currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist for a 3-6 month contract role, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. This 100% remote role is open to applicants across the USA and offers the chance to make a significant impact in our dynamic sales and marketing teams.
🛠What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation Master: Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads across multiple channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Coordinator: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted lead generation campaigns that attract the right prospects for our products.
- Outbound Prospecting: Engage in outbound prospecting efforts to identify new opportunities and grow our pipeline.
- Inbound Engagement Specialist: Assist the team in managing inbound chats, text messages, and calls from potential clients, ensuring timely and helpful responses that convert inquiries into leads.
- CRM Power User: Use CRM software (Pipedrive) to track leads, manage follow-ups, and ensure accurate reporting on lead generation metrics.
- Pipeline Builder: Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, passing them to sales for conversion.
- Research Guru: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries, staying updated on trends that could inform new lead generation strategies.
- Collaboration Enthusiast: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to align on goals, share insights, and refine outreach strategies for continuous improvement.
- Metrics-Driven Focus: Track lead generation performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve campaign outcomes.
🎓 What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales development, ideally in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools, with proven success in outbound prospecting and inbound lead nurturing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with prospects.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred) and marketing automation tools.
