Are you a dynamic go-getter with a passion for driving sales success? VirtualPBX is on the lookout for an Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. This remote role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by acquiring new business and fostering strong client relationships. This position is 100% remote, open to applicants in the USA.
🛠What You'll Do
- Lead Generation Guru: Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Proactive Engagement: Ensure prompt follow-up with inbound leads across multiple channels to address inquiries and guide them through the sales process.
- Needs Assessment Expert: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' requirements and tailor product demonstrations and proposals accordingly.
- Pipeline Management Pro: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaboration Champion: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
- Relationship Builder: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to position VirtualPBX as a trusted partner.
- CRM Wizard: Utilize CRM software (Pipedrive) to track sales activities, monitor progress, and forecast future sales projections accurately.
- Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position VirtualPBX's products and maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer Success Advocate: Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
🎓 What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies, with experience in consultative and solution-based selling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
